THE CREMATION AGREEMENT

Collected data

The data collected by Samsara Eternity, a brand owned by Creo-Line sprl, for the purpose of providing the services that are the object of the cremation agreement concluded with the client owner/you are processed within the limits of what is necessary for the proper provision of the said services.

According to the chosen service offer, the use of these data aims at ensuring the proper provision of the service, taking care of your pet’s remains, transporting the remains to the cremation site, organizing the ceremony, managing the return of your pet’s ashes, processing special requests, invoicing…).

Samsara Eternity collects and processes the following categories of data:

• identification data (surname, name of the owner or contact person, name of the veterinarian),
• contact data (owner’s postal address, email, telephone, pick up address of the animal’s corpse),
• data relating to your pet (name, breed, date of death…).

These data are processed by Samsara Eternity‘s internal services and its subcontractors (telephone reception on site, customer relations, logistics, IT, accounting…). They are kept during the provision of the service and are then archived.

Data protection

The collected data are stored in computer facilities located in France or in the European Union. Appropriate technical measures adapted to the level of sensitivity and risk are put in place to prevent the loss, deletion, misuse or alteration of these data. The collected data are not likely to be processed outside the European Union and are not transmitted to third parties for commercial solicitation.

Rights of access and correction

In accordance with the provisions in force, you have the right to access, rectify, carry forward, delete your data and to oppose the use thereof. You may exercise this right by sending an e-mail to the following address: samsara.eternity@gmail.com with the mention « protection of personal data » in the subject line, specifying the purpose of your request and your contact details.

In order to be processed, any request to exercise your rights must be accompanied by a copy of both sides of a proof of identity (national identity card, passport or valid residence permit issued by the French state). A reply will be sent within approximately one month of receipt of your request.

If you are not satisfied with Samsara Eternity‘s response to your request concerning your personal data, you may file a written complaint with the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL).
